Yay!
So, I thought that I did a bad job this week. I got on the scale and to my delight, I had lost 3 lbs this week!! Yay!
This week I'm going to actually try to exercise though.

Slow week...
I didn't do very well this week. I got lazy and stopped tracking my points on Friday. I did not exercise at all this week.
I'll have to do better next week. Back to strictly tracking my points and back to exercising every day!!
